Stockholm Forró Project and Forró Stockholm are two separate organizations. We can only refund our events if your case fulfills our policy. Therefore, we recommend you to make sure who organizing the events before contacting us.
Generally but not always! Monthly events and their tickets belong to Stockholm Forró Project while regular and weekly classes and their tickets belong to Forró Stockholm.
1. Forró Project tickets:
- In case of cancellation one week or more in advance (7 days +), you will be refunded the full amount of the ticket price.
- In case of cancellation less than a week in advance, you will not be refunded. However, you can transfer your ticket to another person, preferably in the specified role of follow or lead.
- Tickets can be transferred anytime to another person, preferably in the specified role of follow or lead.
- Unused tickets can not be used for future events.
- All cancellations and transfers or exchanges need to be communicated via email to Stockholm Forró Project.
