What is Forró Project Party + Workshop?
Forró Project Party + Workshop is a monthly event and cozy social dance evening that aims to promote forró in Stockholm and expand its community.
Why should you visit us?
We organize good forró parties where you can dance, listen to great music by a talented DJ, meet old friends, make new ones, and have a great time on a Friday evening.

Do not have a dance partner?
It is very common in forró events to come without a dance partner. We pair up during the workshop, and we dance with everyone at the parties.
Are our dance workshops eligible for the wellness allowance (Friskvårdsbidraget)?
Yes, our workshops are covered under Sweden’s wellness allowance (Friskvårdsbidraget). However, eligibility for this benefit depends on your employer’s policy. We advise checking with your employer or HR department to confirm if you can receive the wellness allowance for our dance workshops.
Please note that our parties are not eligible for the wellness allowance (Friskvårdsbidraget). For more detailed information about Friskvårdsbidrag, read here.

- Full pass: 150 SEK
- Party pass: 80 SEK

Discount:
Please note that our discounts are exclusively available for full-pass purchases. Party passes are not included in the discount. To be eligible for the discount, you must meet one of the following criteria:
A ) 20% discount when you bring new person(s) to forró or forró community in Stockholm. For more information about our discount, click here.
B ) 20% discount when all of you are new to forró or forró community in Stockholm. For more information about our discount, click here.
C ) 20% discount when you do not live in Stockholm and you are here for a short visit, fill in this form to get the discount.
Important to know!
– We are non profit organization and the goal of our discount is to promote forró in Stockholm.
– We also would like to remind you that any violation of our discount system will cause us to cancel the invalid discount and make an immediate refund after contacting the person via email.

Ian Martinelle is a dance teacher from Rio de Janeiro. He’s been dancing for over ten years, going through different dance styles and specializing in Forró and Samba de Gafieira. To read more about Ian, click here.
Shoes:
We recommend you wear something comfortable like indoor shoes. Please clean your shoes before going in or change your shoes so we can have a nice and clean dance floor.
Food and fika:
Unfortunately, the bar won’t be serving meals on Sundays. However, they will serve snacks and a wide variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
