• When and where can I buy tickets for upcoming events?

  Tickets for our events are released about one month in advance. To purchase, visit the “Upcoming Events” page, where all available tickets are listed and can be bought directly.

• I received a receipt but I did not get a ticket. Why?

  The receipt is your ticket(s). We do not send a separate email with a ticket.

• Can I buy a ticket at the door?

  Yes, this option is available. However, we recommend you buy your ticket in advance to avoid standing in the queue.

• Can beginners join the workshops?

  Yes, beginners are so welcome to join our workshops.

• Can I register without a partner?

  Yes, everyone is welcome. We will pair up during the workshop, and dance with each other during the party.

• Why aren’t our parties on Saturdays?

  Saturdays are usually more expensive in most venues, often with higher rent or a required bar spend of around 10 000 kr. For now, we’re focusing on more affordable options to keep our events accessible to everyone. As our community grows and more people join, Saturday parties will definitely be within reach!

• Do you offer a discount for students or pensioners?

  No. We do not have this discount.

• I bought a ticket but I did not get the receipt yet. Why?

  It might take up to 5 minutes for the receipt to arrive in your email. Check your spam folder before contacting us.

• What is the level of our evening workshops?

  We recommend beginners and advanced dancers attend our workshops. Our workshops focus on wider topics that are important for all dance levels. We call the level of our workshops an open level.

• Are our dance workshops eligible for the wellness allowance (Friskvårdsbidraget)?

  Yes, our workshops are covered under Sweden’s wellness allowance (Friskvårdsbidraget). However, eligibility for this benefit depends on your employer’s policy. We advise checking with your employer or HR department to confirm if you can receive the wellness allowance for our dance workshops. • Do we organize weekly dance classes?

  No. However, we highly recommend you contact the Forró Stockholm organization which offers weekly classes on Samba de Gafieira and Forró.

• What kind of shoes I should wear on the dance floor?

  We recommend you wear something comfortable like indoor shoes. Please clean your shoes before going in or change your shoes so we can have a nice and clean dance floor.

• It says all passes are sold out. Can I still attend the event and pay at the door?

  No. If we run out of passes, it will be because the event has reached its capacity.

• Can I buy a ticket for my friend?

  You can buy as many as you want.

• Can I buy a ticket for the party only?

  Yes, this option is available.

• I bought a ticket but I did not attend the event. Can I get a refund?

  You can only get a refund if you canceled a week or more in advance. However, you can transfer your tickets to another person at any time. You can read about our refund policy here.

• I bought a ticket but I did attend the event. Can I get use my ticket for another event?

  No, this option is not available. You can read about our refund policy here.

• Can I reserve a ticket online and pay at the door?

  No, your place in the event is only secured once we have received your payment.
